4. Check the inlet water quality of the module, such as residual chlorine or other oxidants. The intake water quality must meet the intake specifications.
5. If the water hardness is greater than 0.5ppm, or other water indicators do not meet the requirements and run, it will damage the module. At this time, it is necessary to take regular acid cleaning or concentrated water pipe softening method.
6. If EDI ultra-pure water equipment has salt pump system, then the composition and quality of salt must be carefully checked and strictly regulated, salt indicators can refer to the user manual. Long-term use of substandard salt will cause damage to the membrane.
7. Be careful with plastic fittings and joints.
