Working Process

The workflow of UF water treatment system generally includes the following steps:

1. Raw water: Import the raw water source to be treated into the device.

2. Pretreatment: The original water is pretreated by quartz sand filter and activated carbon filter and other equipment, and the larger impurities are filtered.

3. Ultrafiltration: the pre-treated water is entered into the UF membrane component, and the water is filtered and separated through the ultrafiltration membrane to remove tiny particles, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc.

4. Flushing: In the process of ultrafiltration, in order to avoid premature plugging of membrane components, it is necessary to wash the membrane components regularly to clean unnecessary impurities.

5. Water production: After several ultrafiltration and washing treatment, the production of purified water with high water quality requirements.

6. Drainage: During the production process, the membrane components will gradually accumulate suspended matter, organic matter and other impurities, which need to be drained regularly to eliminate these impurities, and clean the membrane components with fresh water.
